Learning records stay on your device

Answers, practice history, flashcards and game settings are stored in your browser. They are not uploaded to your account. Signing in, signing out and changing states do not clear that history. On a shared device, anyone using the same browser can see it. Use a normal browser tab rather than private browsing to keep your place. Clearing browser storage removes those records from that device.

Aggregate study statistics

Separately from your saved progress, participating browsers send small study-measurement events to our Supabase service: question identifier and content version, state, test category, topic, practice or exam mode, and whether an answer was correct, incorrect or left unanswered. The selected option is used transiently to validate correctness and is not stored. We use these totals to find confusing topics, improve articles and evaluate future practice difficulty. We do not attach these statistics to your account, email address, name or Google identity, and do not send them to Google Analytics or Cloudflare visit analytics.

A random browser key helps distinguish a first answer from retries. The server stores only keyed hashes for replay prevention and rate limiting, not the raw browser key or IP address. Short-lived deduplication keys expire after 30 days and network rate keys after one day; expiry is enforced during ingestion and maintenance. The resulting question-level totals contain no account identifiers. Clearing site data can create a new browser cohort, so these counts are not counts of unique people or official exam difficulty. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the footer Google-measurement opt-out also stop this collection. Preview pages and detected automated browser sessions are excluded.

Account information

You may register with an email and password or sign in with Google through Supabase. We store the information needed to operate the account, including the account identifier, email address, sign-in provider details, email-confirmation status and your email preference. We never receive your Google password.

Email delivery and optional updates

Resend processes account-confirmation and other transactional messages on our behalf. If you leave the email-updates checkbox selected, you agree that we may also send study reminders, progress tips, occasional product news and carefully selected partner offers. You can clear the preference in your profile or use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email at any time.

Visit analytics and your choice

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites and page performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors and does not fingerprint individual users. We do not send account details, practice answers or vision results as analytics events. Cloudflare currently excludes visitors from the European Union from this measurement. Learn more in Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and traffic sources, including campaign links. Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies with a 30-day expiry and processes measurement requests. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, authentication links, quiz answers or vision results to Google Analytics. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable our Google measurement. You can also use ‘Disable Google measurement’ in the footer to stop it on this browser. Vision self-check

The self-check is an educational screen exercise, not a diagnosis. Vision results stay in the page and are not attached to your account.

Your choices

You can change your email preference, sign out, delete your account, or clear your browser’s site data. Deleting the account does not clear learning history stored locally in your browser.
