Terms of use
Operated by Arashvi Badj.
Educational practice
DMV Tests FREE is an independent learning project, not a government agency or a licensing authority. Our practice questions, games and guides supplement official handbooks and supervised instruction. They do not guarantee an exam result or qualify anyone to drive.
Coverage and accuracy
Collections are still being expanded. Shared safety questions are not a complete state-specific curriculum. CDL endorsements and practical exams have additional requirements. Consult the current official handbook for your state. Training timer and passing-score settings are not statements of official exam rules.
Games and vision
Browser games cannot assess physical vehicle control or readiness for traffic. Never use the site while driving. The vision self-check is not medical advice, an eye examination or a licensing vision test.
Accounts and local records
An account stores registration details and email preferences. Learning progress remains in the browser and is not synchronized between devices. Keep your password private, do not impersonate other users, and use the profile page if you want to delete your account.
Study statistics
Optional first-party aggregate study statistics help us improve question explanations and future practice. They are separate from your account and local learning history; details and an opt-out are in the Privacy notice. Early or small samples are not a reliable difficulty rating or a prediction of an official exam result.
Email choices
The registration form clearly shows the email-updates preference. You may turn it off before registration or change it later in your profile. Transactional account messages, such as email confirmation, may still be sent when needed to operate the account.
Legal contact
Live support is not available, and an immediate response is not guaranteed.
Operator-specific terms should be reviewed before paid advertising or partner campaigns are enabled.
